I have lots of questions - getting sicker, and I'm not getting any answers. I have a heterogeous hypervascular solid cold lesion within the inferior lower pole of the left thyroid gland. Slight asymmetrical enlargement of left lobe of thyroid gland as well as the presence of an area of photopenia within the inferior pole of the left lobe. I've had a US FNA measure 2.6x1.8cm, US 2.5x2.0x2.3cm, Nuclear Uptake Scan 2-2.5cm. Lots of records and results I don't understand, waiting for a dr appointment where he will just give me more meds and tell me to see more specialist when I can get an appointment in 6 months to a year. I have lost my voice since the morning after my FNA. I have been to the hospital 6x in 5 days for test, surgery, and complications. I don't know what to do, and now I'm starting to get depressed (I have never been depressed not even as a teenager) because I feel like I'm falling apart and no one knows what is wrong or how to fix me. I'm currently on 10+ meds. I've been an extremely healthy person my entire life up until 1 1/2 years ago when I thought I just had headaches/migraines from kids and laziness. I gained over 80lbs in 6 months (always been physically built). Started having seizures? the beginning of this year, and complications I believe are due to the weight gain such as breathing problems, joint and muscle pain, etc. Can you help me or do you have any advice?

I don't know what to tell you but most nodules are benign

Try this website, it helped me to read my FNA report to try and figure out if it was bad or not. Maybe this will help you. It's normal with a nodule that size to cause you to be tired and short of breath. It did me so much so I would do dishes and would have to take a nap.
